Re: Skins 38 Cowboys 31 post game thread
Earthquake - I think he should have scored. Miracle of the meadowlands, I dont know. All i know is a TD there ends it and we dont have to take a snap. No biggie, that was a great game. We won - GO PACK!
edit: what if on the slide he lost the ball or get it punched out? anytime you can go up 14 with 14 seconds left you do it. Pretty sure Kyle was telling him the same thing, and the jackass announcers said it too. |

Hall did it to ensure the Cowboys O wouldn't get another chance to get the ball. Either way the good guys were going to win.

Re: Skins 38 Cowboys 31 post game thread
yes - either way - but pretty sure KS was telling him - dude score next time - 14 point lead with 14 seconds left is better than a 7 point lead with 14 seconds left................

If the Giants lose to the Packers this Sunday and the Skins beat the Giants next Sunday, it's going to be a real interesting December in the NFC East.

Good win, but doesn't feel as good as it should have.

Re: Skins 38 Cowboys 31 post game thread
Before all the naysayers chime in about how we should have done this or that:
The Skins beat the Cowboys at their house. I really don't care how, style points are for losers. We're in the hunt when, in our hearts, we thought the season was toast after the Panthers debacle. We've put the NFC East on notice that we will no longer be doormats. And an 8-8 season is possible. There are few that would not have called that a success before we started the season. There's a lot to smile about in our hearts tonight, and I gotta believe that our division rivals have taken notice. And that feels mighty good. HTTR |
