Re: Redskins 16 Ravens 10 postgame thread
I 100% thought this would be a shoot-out. Defense straight balled out today. Did anyone notice there was less ripping at the ball? I wonder if they preached just making the tackle first this week?

An ugly win is a beautiful win. There is a lot of fight in this team and I love it!

Another good team win.
Team win. Maybe Kirk was on to something when he compared us to the Spurs. Win as a Team, not an individual

Re: Redskins 16 Ravens 10 postgame thread
Listening to the game driving vs watching on tv was weird. I tell ya, Cooley has come a long way...he gave a lot a good, real time analysis. Good insight.
The defense and special teams really came to play today. The offense sounded like mess. Online and garçon sounded really good. The whole defense sounded like they were really working well together and a guys name who kept popping up was mason foster...whether it was in coverage or tackling the rb...he sounded all over the field today. Also sounded like Barry was able to get a good pass rush together in the second half. An interesting game to listen too and not watch. Sounded like cousins was terrible today. The guys in the both said he was over throwing guys extremely poor.

The wind was a big factor today, no doubt it accounted for the deep ball misses. Cousins was far from terrible, I'd call it a gutsy game from him. Not always pretty but got the job done.

Quote:
The wind was swirling. Blowing balls off the tee, hats onto the field. IT WAS SO BAD IT MOVED THE BALL ON THE GROUND AFTER THE TEAM BROKE THE HUDDLE. The official had to come back in and reset the ball.

Re: Redskins 16 Ravens 10 postgame thread
I'm assuming you're being sarcastic. Kirk been missing the deep ball all season. The wind didn't have anything to do with his inaccuracy on the deep ball. We need to find another qb. This guy is not the future of this team.
