kinda interesting, was very suprised to see the redskins getting so much love today. royal would be one of the last guys id think rome would interview. royal seems like a good, humble guy though. go skins

rome asked royal about if Gibbs had to win the respect of the team when he returned or if he had respect because of the rings, royal said they already respected him because of what he had accomplished
rome asked about brunell and if they had lost confidence in him in the locker room. royal said that they never lost confidence in him, and said that him being healthy and the return of jansen has really helped turn him around he asked about lavar but i dont remember exactly what it was, it was a pretty general question and response though rome said the nfc east was back to how it was in the glory days

I love how guys say that they had not lost convidence in Brunell or any other player for that matter that was playing as poorly as Brunell last year. You know they had to have lost confidence in a QB that could not throw more than ten yards. One day some guys going to answer a question like that honstly like, (the guy real suck and we had as much confidence in him as we did in Theisman playing the second half of the Giants game when he broke his leg).

i record espn from 4-7 everyday. Usually i just fast foward threw Rome though. I hate that guy

Rome does some of the best interviews in sports. It just takes awhile to get used to him. Sometimes I can only take small doses though.

I'm a big fan of Rome, but yeah he's best in small doses. He tends to get repetitive after a while, always harping on the same stuff.
