Records for the Remaining opponents in the NFC "Beast"

Ok, we are halfway thru the season and here are the records for the Skins remaining opponents as well as the records for the remaining opponents for the Boys, Eagles and Gents.....

Skins remaining opponents record: 34-31
Cowboys remaining opponents record: 39-25
Eagles remaining opponents record: 40-29
Giants remaining opponents record: 35-29

From a statistical perspective the Cowboys and the Eagles have a tougher schedule from here on out.

I don't know how it will all shake out, but if the Skins could go 5-3 for the next 8, like they did the first 8, I think I would take it. 10-6 might not win the division, but it could if 2 of those 5 wins were against division opponents, it would all work out.

A lot of the teams we play are better than their record shows though.

Chargers and Raiders will both be tough games. I'm glad we're playing them at home.

The Giant game on Dec 24 is going to be a reverse spanking. I'll bet the Redskins come out looking for blood.

I’m having a really hard time seeing us lose to the Giants on the 24th.

Wow - it's a total lock when you look at those numbers!

Does anyone know where I can order my SuperBowl replica ring? I'm ready to make a deposit.

i thought the giants would have a harder schedule record with how easy their first half has been...

Re: Records for the Remaining opponents in the NFC "Beast"

this I posted Last week before the week 9 games in another board

Dallas (5-3) Seattle (5-2) Carolina (5-2) Atlanta (5-2) NYG (5-2)
Bye Ari (2-5)W TB (5-2)W Mia (3-4) W SF (2-5) W
PHI (4-3)W STL(4-4)W NYJ (2-5)W GB (1-6) W Min (2-5) W
DET(3-4)W SF (2-5)W Chi (4-3)W TB (5-2) L PHi (4-3) W
DEN(6-2)L NYG(5-2)W BUF (3-5)L DET (3-4)W SEA(5-2)L
NYG (5-2)W PHI(4-3)? ATL(5-2)L CAR (5-2)W DAL(5-3)L
KC(4-3)W SF(2-5)W TB(5-2)W NO(2-6)W PHI(4-3)L
WAS(4-3)W TEN(2-6)W NO(2-6)W CHI(4-3)W KC(4-3)W
CAR(5-2)L IND(7-0)L DAL(5-3)W TB(5-2) W WAS(4-3)W
STL(4-4)W GB (1-6)W ATL(5-2)W CAR(5-2)L OAK(3-4)W
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
35-26 (58%) 29-36(44%) 36-30 (54%) 33-31(51%) 33-31(51%)
11-5 12-3-? 12-4 12-4 11-5

Was (4-3) Phi (4-3) TB (5-2)
-------------------------------------------------------
PHI (4-3)W WAS (4-3)L Car (5-2 ) L
TB (5-2)W Dal(5-3)L Was(4-3)L
OAK(3-4)L NYG(5-2)L ATL(5-2)W
SD (4-4)L GB(1-6)W CHI(4-3)W
STL(4-4)W SEA(5-2)? NO(2-6)W
ARI(2-5)W NYG(5-2)W CAR(5-2)L
DAL(5-3)L STL(4-4)W NE(4-3)L
NYG(5-2)L ARI(2-5)W ATL(5-2)L
PHI(4-3)L WAS(4-3)W NO(2-6)W
---------------------------------------------------
36-30(54%) 35-30 (53%) 36-29(55%)
8-8 9-6-? 9-7

After looking at all this we can get some conclutions that we have the toughest schedulle for the second half not only that we play with strong teams most of this teams play with good record teams but not strong ones.

We can end 11-5 but we can easily end up 9-7 if we lose 1 of our division rivals games and KC (I can't place them as a sure win)

We can all say Tampa Bay is going south after losing their QB and their RB hurting so every team playing them have a 60 to 70 % chance of taking that game

I think all the speculation of SEATTLE, CAR and NYG being the top teams in the division is that they have a pretty easy second half schedulle and we know how big home field advantaje in the playoffs is seattle only faces 3 good teams from know to the end thats phi, NYG and ind I gave them 1 win 1 loss and it all dependes which Phi team shows up they can easy take the conferance.

Car only faces Atlanta twice and they should take at least 1 I put a lose with buffalo because Car usually loses 1 they should win and TB is no longer competition.

NYG has 4 tough games PHI twice Dal and Seattle I think they will split the series with phi and can lose both games to dal and seattle even though they can take our game and if they do the take the division.

Now atlanta I never have them high because thats a team you never know how they are going to play. and they usually lose the easy ones.
------------------------------------------
I predicted the last week correctly now I know I would get a lot of replys about your team losing the final 3 gams and division games for that matter first Dallas this will be a great game and the cowboys have it mark down because of the slip in week 2 they're going to pound the hole game, NYG I'm sorry but after 36-0 I could't give you the win. and Phi this I actually split gave each 1 a win based on home field and performance so far you might take this game but if the eagles are still in contention I think they will take it also You might get the Oak game that I pointed I hated Oak game this week tought they had more.
