Madden 06 for xbox 360

Does anyone else have this piece of garbage?

I can deal with buying a bad game. its part of life. but This game is so poorly designed I feel cheated.

most of the bonus material is gone like superstar mode and create a player. also, the mini games are gone too. the only think you can do is create a season or play a regular game.

They dont have alternate uniforms.
They have some bullshit flaws with the game like roughing the passer calls.
you cant change the camera angle in the game.
No more slide protection.
No more single player control( change the players assignment, instead of coverage, you can assign him to blitz or vice versa)
No more Linebacker control( blitz all linebackers or drop all of them into coverage).
No defensive matchup, you cant assign a corner to a specific WR.
you cant substitute players by formation
the chain marker animation on the jumbo tron is crap. looks like something from techmo bowl.
blocking AI sucks. too easy to get sacks or stuff the run. you really have to catch the defence off guard to get yards running.
How about no more spin button, you could use the juke system like 2k5. i hate playing guys that spin 4-5 times on one play!


The game is incomplete. EAsports would be dead if they didnt have explusive rights for the NFL.

oh and another thing, HOW ****ING HARD IS IT TO KEEP THE ROSTERS UPDATED?
jesus, pay some dork to keep track of NFL transactions and each week. Its not that complicated.

it was a rush job to get it off by launch. all the crap they cut out will be back in 2007... they just didn't have time (which is BS).

PC madden still has some (somewhat) minor bugs that have existed since 2001 though.

and the spin has always been unbalanced. in 2005 you could literally get 10 yards every run on all madden with it. they fixed it so its not nearly as good this year, but its still the only move you ever need (though now a lot of runs i do don't use it at all).

Bill Gates should sue EASports. They're holding out for PS3 and it's stupid ass controller. PS2 owners continue to bash the XboX controller S (and they had a field day with the original aka El Duque) wait'll they get their hands on it.

I finally got the 360 and rushed out to buy madden. Pissed away 50 bucks. I did buy it used and can get a full refund since I dont like the game, which is the only way to go if you're going to buy a game without playing it, but it breaks my heart.

This game is far behind the original xbox madden.

Couple of questions:

1) can you reconfigure the controls if you're playing online?
2) can you play the old game online with the new xbox?
3) do they make a retro-fit controller? Im so used to the black and white buttons that the two sets of triggers is getting to me.

madden 2007 will be better, 2006 for 360 was a rushed botch job :/
