So, why is it that Kyle wanted out? Because of conflict of interest with his dad? Because he thinks Robert is unable to be coached?

What's his issue with Snyder?

I mean it's a lot of things, disagreements with Mike, feeling undermined by others on staff, wanted to do some things but wasn't allowed, Snyder wanting to meet with him regularly, and long commutes suck when you're losing

Wait...wait. Whoa...whoa... Why is Snyder wanting to meet with the offensive coordinator? I thought that jackass was going to stay away from the football operations.

Who else on the staff could undermine Kyle? The only person capable of doing that is Mike and Bruce. If it were some WR/QB coach, couldn't daddy fire them?

Kyle should have made himself a "out" clause in case of crap like this. Didn't he just sign a new contract this past year? I seriously doubt he got a 5 year deal with daddy.

Listen, around the league owners meet with HC and Coordinators. Some more than others. But it happens.

^ There are some coaches on that staff that have been with Mike for years and could question Mike about some of Kyle's calls.

After thinking about it , how can we fire mike tomorrow and not Kyle? I don't.see us letting our hc and playcaller both go with 3 games left

If you paid 800 million for a team, and your offense sucked, chances are you'd be having conversations with your play caller. Lol.

You don't think Jerry Jones would do something like this?

...and Dan knows something about offense? I must have been away when Dan played or coached football. I'd be willing to bet some of you Madden players know more about the actual game than he does.

If I spend 800 million on a company that you had no clue about it's product, I can guarantee you that I wouldn't be meeting with anybody about anything better said product. I'd be hiring people that did know about said product and have them run it.

Not trying to be a Snyder apologist AT ALL but we have to get this past this notion that all team owners other than Snyder have no interaction with the coaching staff or players. While some owners have more respect for the structure and hierarchy we can't get all up in arms because the owner wants to have a meeting.

I didn't say Snyder wanted to meet to discuss game plans. He wanted to meet with him, just like any good boss wants to meet with key staff people. What's going on, what do you need, how can I help? Kyle said he didn't have time for that.

Yea but I feel like if you had a large investment, and your investment was performing badly, you want to have a meeting with the people you put in charge to find out what is going on. I'm not sure Snyder is telling him you need to do this or do that, but I do see why an owner would want to meet with the individuals he put in charge when they are obviously failing.
