F Haynesworth. He could have been an all time great. Waste of talent. He needs to stop pointing the finger and look at himself.

well, i mean, it's not like he did anything memorable here besides throw fits to the media about how he hated the staff and organization.

I couldn't agree more. Note this quote: "“If nothing else, listen to me on this, Albert: Do not leave the Tennessee Titans,” he wrote (such that players write for themselves there). "

If only Albert had followed this advice we would have all been better off. I wish a future of pain and misery on this classless, infantile jerk.

I would love to see the thread right after we signed Fat Albert. He was the toast of the town. Lol.

I never liked the Haynesworth and Hall signings, they could have signed many players and filled lots of holes with that cash.

Ouch. That's not a good thing for them. As a practical matter, I think that this means anyone can make and sell Redskins merchandise and DS cannot stop them. Not an end all and expect some type of non-Skins authenticator to show up on Redskins merchandise (i.e., under a corporate name acceptable to the Patent Office, Skins create a "Seal of Authenticity" which they stick to all there merchandise and tell folks to buy only that stuff "in order to protect the legacy and heritage of the Washington football team.")

Not an intellectual property guy but the decision probably gets upheld. Have to read it though.

Wouldn't the team still be protected while under appeal?

Yes the trademark remains in place until the appeals process is brought to bear.

Re: Redskins Off Season things.

As soon as it starts costing the other owners money, the NFL will look to force a change. If they lose this appeal, Im afraid to say its basically done. Might take a year or two for it to show on the bottom line but it will eventually happen.
