When I suggested chiping in and raising some money to send him and maybe one of his buddies (a skins fan) I was hoping maybe somebody could come up with some tickets and prices so we would know how much to raise. If anyone has or knows where we could score some tickets please help. Then maybe we could have Matty or someone set it up so anyone who wanted to donate could. We could raise enough money for the tickets and a little extra for some spending cash. I agree it the least we could do for a couple of men who have given so much to their country.Maybe Sammy Baugh Fan could talk to his son and see when and which game he may want to go to.This is just one suggestion.

Tony called from Kuweit.
Said it may take longer to get from there. May be as late as Nov. 11. But he is out of the war zone and relaxing with his buddies.

Seems he learned what Cham"pain" does to yer head the next day. hahaha

That's my boy!

peace

Re: Homecoming of a Redskins Fan

Glad to hear your Son Tony is coming home. Without the sacrifices of brave Americans like your boy this great Country wouldn't be where it is today.
So a big thank you goes out to your Son and the rest of his Brothers in the armed services that put themselves in harms way for the better of are Country. They really really are true heros.

Ft.Belvoir is not a bad place to be stationed. I used to shop at the PX there as a kid all the time with my Grandma. Sure beats beeing stationed in New Mexico or some place off the beatan path.
Let us now about getting tic's to a Redskins game for your Boy.The Cowgirls game would be a good one.Dec24th. I would be happy to contribute. Hope you see your Son home soon SammyBaughFan.My prayers are with Him.

Congrats, I was serious with the offer to chip in for skins tickets for him and a buddy that serves with him (a skins fan of course). Maybe you could look into finding out what game he would want to go to and seeing if you could locate some tickets. Others expressed an interest so see what you can find out and keep us informed.

Re: Homecoming of a Redskins Fan

Glad to hear that things are going well for you Sammy and especially your son. If he ever needs a ticket just give me a shout and he is sitting right next to me if that means anything. I will even wear my Pink R hat (Just a little jab at ya) But make sure you thank him cause I myself so dearly appreciate his great sacrifice and effort.
