But anyways, it seems that the Bucs are trying to do something similar to what the redskins are doing with the coaching staff as far as roles and titles. It's a copycat league and at least one team out there is somewhat confirming the success of the redskins coaching structure. If nothing else, these moves serve the purpose attempting to keep coaches they deem valuable. |

a special teams coach works with special teams in some manner... the coordinator oversees everything related to special teams... like moving from department manager to store manager i guess.
