Yeah, I benched Megatron and Rodgers in one of my leagues. Would have been 1-3 instead of 0-4. . I've got 5 other leagues though.

*Good job, I'm all for concentrating on the next game on Monday.

You dare question me on the intrinsics of starting a thread? I'm the freaking Warpath Gestapo of threads. If I wanted to I could start the It's F-Ing Bears Week right now if I wanted to. Okay, maybe I don't have that much power.

Hey it could have been worse. I could have made a thread like this.

Title: I was thinking......
Opening Post: That we're going to play the Packers this week DISCUSS!!!!!!
Anyway to be honest I instantly felt regret when I clicked the submit button. Sorry to post this before week 4. I didn't want to post it to begin with but someone wanted to talk about the Packers in the Week 4 thread, I suggested that someone post the F-ing Packers week thread, then one thing led to another now here we are.

GB's D is better than the ranking, as is ours. I expect a tough defensive battle, whoever can get in the end zone twice will win it. Our advantage is our pass rush, those tackles are old & can't keep up w/speed rushers like AC & Rak.

J. Finley is a beast & they have a great set of wr's. I would bet the Pack by 7 - 10 in this one.

I wouldn't bet on anything right now, with how the season is transpiring..It's too crazy right now

With the way we play,we'll beat the packers, colts and bears and lose to the lions..
It's just that weird.

and you know what...I'd take it..lol

i do know one thing...
If we can jump out on opponents like we did against the Texans and the Eagles...?
We're going to be hard to beat.

We just need to finish games, which we have yet to do...
If we learn to do that, this team will have the ingredients to go deep in the playoffs.

And I think the recipe to do that, will be the running game that Shanny is slowly getting from this squad.

The higher ups explained the significance of the 359 in my name. I now realize that the Warpath will crash if it is taken off.

Re: It's F-ing Packers Week

Green Bay's a great team, and if theres one thing I've learned about the Redskins the past few years, is that we play to the level of our opponent.

So, that said I see it being a close game. If we get pressure on Rodgers send crazy blitzes to him which he hasn't seen, we win. If we send predictable blitzes to him, and he dissects our defense, we lose. Also how well Trent Williams plays against Clay Matthews should be a big factor in the game. Yes I do believe Trent will play this week.

i think his rating is negative... he tips it back to the receivers

that being said, ill take good coverage & tackling over good hands for a DB any day

Let's just say the Packers almost lost to the Lions with their second string QB in...

Rogers is the only player with N/A in a skill in madden (catching)

Yeah, I was curious about that one so I looked at the box score. Shaun Hill threw for 331 I think. Detroit is tough & they have some weapons on O, so I wasn't that surprised. That team is a year away from being a winner.
