I don't normally start threads here and apologize in advance if this is done incorrectly however ......... i follow Brian Orakpo on twitter and he just tweeted a comment that has me fired up and should have you fired up to ...

Rak needs to improve his technique so that he doesn't get held so much.

Rak had a decent year last yr but nothing great. He's still top 10 imo

He's definitely not a top ten, but he has the talent to be. Guy seriously needs to work on more moves to get to the QB. They aren't going to call that hold so he needs to just get off of it and figure out another way.

That list reflects rep & sack totals, of which Rak is solid in both but not high enough to get top 10 votes yet. Rak is arguably our best player, and as B. Mitch said, he's not happy just playing in the nfl, he wants to be the best & win. Look for big things from #98!

Once he can shed the holds better he'll be nearly unstoppable. Mann needs to reach out to him personally and not just through some interview that will likely never reach the right avenues for Rak/others to hear.
