Re: Hank Stram: A true innovator of the game
I used to love listening to Jack Buck and Hank Stram do the radio broadcasts of Monday Night Football. That might just be my favorite broadcast team ever

The two of them were always better than the MNF talking heads. Stram would always seem to know the tendancies of the O team on the field. He studied a lot, and it translated well to the broadcast booth.

Re: Hank Stram: A true innovator of the game
One of the best ever NFL films is the Superbowl won by the chiefs. THey follow Stram around on the sidelines with a mic. It's awesome. He really loved the game, and helped make it great. RIP.
