I am sure that a large % of ESPN's employees are excellent at what they do, but they have certainly made some questionable hires when it comes to on air NFL talent. I mean they hired Emmit Smith and he can barely get out a sentence. I know you work there Smoot and your in a tough spot to criticize people directly but you have to shake your head at it in general.

On a positive note, I think Jaws is the best in the business so it's not all bad.
