Chris was beating on the truck she said, on the second tape released...so he wasnt happy but either way, his fiancee is the reason he is dead. facts are facts. He may have tried to kill her once she stopped...but she decided that he was too dangerous to be kept alive...after he was slung out, she didnt even call 911 on him...so that proves she wanted him to die....

You guys are missing the point. The fault lies with both of these supposed adults involved. I use the word adult loosely.
Chris should have never jumped on the back of the truck and started pounding on it. A human life (yours) is more valuable than a pickup truck or an ATV or getting disrespected. The women inside is half his size and strength of an elite adult male NFL football player. She was most likely scared for her life.
I am sure if a guy twice your size and strength jumped on you car and started pounding on it you would be scared as well.
These people made very bad decisions while in an out of control rage. Plain and simple. Nobody is more or less at fault in this situation. They both made bad decisions that they now regret. As I am sure Tiger and his wife now regret. It should never have reached that level of violence. One of them should have backed off.
