Buying Stuff On Line

So Saturday I was working and realized I was out of business checks. So I went on line and found the ones I wanted, put in my order and they arrived today. I opened the box and these checks are hugh and they don't even fit in my check book. They are so big my employees will feel like they have won a golf tournament every time they get paid. I'm not even sure if the bank will accept them. So I call the place and they said too bad as they had their sizes listed. What are some of your experiences buying stuff on line.
