Every year all of the Miami players go and work out at UM. They have been doing it for years and they generally tend to be some of the better players in the NFL. There will be plenty of time during mini camps and regular camp for them to work out with the team. Great points here, but they are redskins now not Hurricanes, I couldn't imagine that happening back in Gibbs first stint you know? I know the game has changed, but I like what Gibbs is trying to instill in these players through these "Voluntary" workouts. We need the CHEMISTRY!!!
