Unless Brown restructures his contract to that of a random back up, expect him to be either released or perhaps traded. He's either a starter or he's on the waive wire.

The Skins will get no cap relief from releasing Brown and no one is going to take a chance on him, so the team will just need to bite the bullet and keep him.
