I think he will be thinking differently if and when it puts his job on the line.

If the team is struggling and he has a chance to make a switch and perhaps "jump start" the offense, i think he will do it. I think it's clear that RG3 is not 100%

I don't want to see a quarterback change but i think if we come out of the bye at 0-4, it has to be going through his mind....
