We have exactly those four winning seasons I listed in the last TWENTY years!!! We just need to face it, there is a culture of losing around here. Instead of paying Shanny, (and Gibbs 2.0, and the ole Ball Coach) millions, I really wish Snyder had thrown that money at an Ozzy Newsome to build this team the right way.
