RG III was a marketing gimmick pure and simple. Yeah he has talent, but he keeps Snyder rich via jersey sales etc.. The NFL is all about money, plain and simple. Over the Thanksgiving Holiday I saw the second Hunger Games movie, where the dictator Pres Snow tells the game master that to control the people better you give them a little bit of hope. Interesting take on things, but it applies to the Skins, in that the whole thing seems to be always in chaos, but with a certain level of excitement after the new HC or QB is brought in, but it only takes 3-4 seasons to the whole thing starting over again.

I think thats a by product that Snyder can take comfort in, but the guy is a true fan - i think he would pay an insane amount of money to win a championship. He has actually tried to in the past. Not sure i buy the whole meal ticket cash cow thing with Griff. DS was swimming in it a long time ago. He wants a championship.
