Let's not get carried away with the Bill O'Brien love based on a pre training camp speech, or anything else we see on Hard Knocks (again, it's training camp).
I don't think Gibbs would have been a darling on HK, but he could manage people and he could adjust at halftime like the best of them. Speeches on HK don't impress me.
