This is creating insurance and legal liability issues for the hotel.

Well if you've ever working in a bar or have friends who have...already not the sharpest of tool. I had a bartender who needed glasses and grab one out the dishwasher hot and dumped something cold in it and it exploded. he got cut, tried to sue and failed.
