The other name on that list that is intriguing is Steve Wilks. Sure he doesn't have the coordinator experience that Bradley or Phillips has, but I will give him his credit for developing Josh Norman. Looking back on it, if you were Gruden would you have hired Phillips? The owner already hates you cause you benched his BFF. You bring in a guy who has HC experience, he's an immediate threat to Gruden the minute he walks in the door. Tough call for Gruden. But there were other other guys out there, maybe Eri Mangini or Jim Schwartz.

Now it's coming out that the players didn't even play the defense that Barry was calling...according to Ricky Jean. Shows a total lack of respect. We need a guy in here who the players fear and respect at the same time.
