I am sure any of us in here that played this game only did in High School and College and that was a teenager to early 20's playing 10-12 games. Even then if you had a physical game you would just be starting to feel good 4 days later. A male is actually considered to peak as far as resilience and recovery time at the ripe age of 25. So you have guys, many well past their physical prime playing 16 games a season plus play-offs then asking them to also play games 4 days apart? Thursday Night Football is too hard on the body and that and those stupid London games have produced some pretty odd results. They need to go.
I am pretty sure the Seahawk players dropping like flies had a lot to do with a physical team playing on too little rest.
