Clock Management or lack thereof

2:00 to go,we come out of the 2 minute warning Time Out, Frost to punt.

Question: Why couldn't we have taken a 'Delay of Game' penalty on the punt, waited for the clock to tick off 25 seconds (I think, for a Time Out after the 2Minute Warning) and then an additional 40 seconds off for one of our remaining Time Out's? That would have left considerably less time for the Bucs to move down, and hopefully Frost would have managed a little better a punt. :frusty:
