The only way to properly develop and evaluate this young roster is to put in the QB that gives you the best chance to do that, AND gives you the best chance to win. That is Alex Smith at this point.

Also, I know A Smith's contract isn't all that team friendly over the next two years, but I wouldn't write him off just yet.
Yeah I take back what I said on Haskins playing after seeing the latest from Rivera on him. Disappointing that he's not preparing well enough but it is what it is.
