My argument is that age matters (he is still only 14). One of the guys doesn't think age should ever matter (he agreed with example of a separate case of a DA pushing to prosecute an 8 year old as an adult).

The kid was arrested and mom plans to press charges, so that’s good. I think we need to focus more in the school problem or there were adults on the bus who didn’t stop it. If folks at the school are not protecting kids or removing the trash like this 14 year from the school, then people should lose there jobs.
