He took a team which already had Ryan and Julio that had gone 4-12 and 6-10 the previous 2 seasons and had them in the Super Bowl that first year where Kyle killed him. He took over a Dallas defenses that was one of the worst in the league and made them one of the best.

I wanted either of the 2 most mentioned guys. But let's not pretend we hired Jim Fassel here, this guy is good.
