Gibbs as the GM in 3 years?!?

I am sure with this latest move to bring in Al Saunders that many of you are as quick as me and have wondered as I have been the last few days if we may see Joe Gibbs become just our GM and not our GM/coach in a few years.

With him assuming a more CEO type of position this next year, I think he is becoming more of an on-the-field General Manager, instead of our coach. It is very easy to me to see the progression taking place where either Greg Williams or Saunders will succeed Gibbs in 3 years if not sooner. I beleive Gibbs will stay on, after his contract, and just be our GM. Maybe Vinny will step aside!
