Owners Break Off Talks!!!!!
The AP reported that this morning that after a 57 minute metting the Owners vote to turn down the players and union last offer. The League will have a news conference in a few hours to let the teams know what the Cap will be for 06 season. It was said to be between 10 and 15 million over last years! Well it over boys!!!
