There is a nice clip by Rich Eisen (sp) talking to Gibbs on NFL.com - he asks Gibbs about the cap management and how much he is involved. It kind of fits the bill for what you are looking for...then again...I bet if Peter King was talking to Snyder or Gibbs face to face he would sing a slightly different tune
