Do we burn a mid to late rounder on Ahmad Brooks?

Ive heard this guy is a beast, and he sounds like a good middle LB. Given our history of poor picks in Rounds 4,5,6 do we take a shot in the supplemental draft if he is available? My first impression is yes, but there have been some off the field issues. I think the biggest issue was a possession of less than 15 grams of pot, which could have been as little as a joint, I don't know. Thoughts?
