Patience 2.0

OK, so we lost to Dallas. Lets not lose our cool and prospective. The season is young and everyone seems to be writing us off. Keep the faith Skins fans. Special teams turned it around and I have no doubt the offense will come around. Once we get our team fully we'll be rolling. I leave you with words of wisdom all centered around the word patience.

Quote:
Patience serves as a protection against wrongs as clothes do against cold. For if you put on more clothes as the cold increases, it will have no power to hurt you. So in like manner you must grow in patience when you meet with great wrongs, and they will then be powerless to vex your mind.

- Leonardo da Vinci
Quote:
Have patience awhile; slanders are not long-lived. Truth is the child of time; erelong she shall appear to vindicate thee.

-Immanuel Kant
Quote:
Learn the art of patience. Apply discipline to your thoughts when they become anxious over the outcome of a goal. Impatience breeds anxiety, fear, discouragement and failure. Patience creates confidence, decisiveness, and a rational outlook, which eventually leads to success.

-Brian Adams
Quote:
Good ideas are not adopted automatically. They must be driven into practice with courageous patience.

-Hyman Rickover
Quote:
Patience is the best remedy for every trouble.

-Titus Maccius Plautus
Quote:
How poor are they who have not patience! What wound did ever heal but by degrees.

-William Shakespeare
Quote:
Patience is the greatest of all virtues.

-Cato the Elder
Quote:
He that can have patience can have what he will.

-Benjamin Franklin
Quote:
Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet.

-Aristotle
Quote:
It is not necessary for all men to be great in action. The greatest and sublimest power is simple patience.

-Horace Bushnell
Quote:
Whoever is out of patience is out of possession of his soul. Men must not turn into bees, and kill themselves in stinging others.

-Sir Francis Bacon
