Re: Give Props to Brunell

It was a great win but lets be serious about Brunell play he should have had aleast 3 to 4 interceptions. Brunell was very lucky that dallas couldnt catch those passes. As a veteran Brunell has to be smarter with the ball or it will come back and bite us. Its true that Cooley drop a perfect ball from Brunell, but Cooley saved his ass on that lob in the corner of the endzone, Brunell was late with that pass. In the first quarter when we were up 2-0 it was 3rd and 2 Brunell could have ran for the first down but instead threw the ball in the endzone lucky for us Henry drop the ball. Brunell has 191 yrds but 28 yard came on the last play of the first half on a dump off pass. Also in the second quarter when he threw the ball to Lloyd the ball was short Lloyd had to come back and get the ball because it was way undertrown. Brunell does not have the arm strengh to the ball downfield. One other point about Brunell the man has to start stepping up in the god d--n pocket so Samuels and Jansen arnt always hung out to dry. They are pushing the rushers up field but Brunell instead of stepping up in the pocket just keeps backing up and up. A great win love beating those fing cowgirls, but lets dont go overboard with Brunell he played a average game at best. Hail to the skins lets kick the eagles asses.
