It's just standard courtesy, almost to the point of Man Law, that if someone is sober enough to get out of his or her shoes, that is a pass from getting ****ed up. Almost like a Drunken Passover. That being said, if someone attempts to mess with me while I'm sleeping sans shoes, be prepared for my full wrath regardless of age, gender or size.
