Well something like a max amount a player can make based on years, ability, starter.... and so on. Remove the total team salary cap, and just cap per player.Say theres a max for the elite players of 15mil. for atleast a 3 year contract, with a sb not to exceed the max. younger or up and coming players have a lower max, but have the incentive to bust their butts to get to elite status pay, in due time. I know this is never going to happen and i know some of you will find alot of flaws with this.
Im not looking to get hammered with all the variables,
pros and cons. Its just insane the way the money increases each year.
