I am definitely not sold on Doughty being our future at the SS position, but here is to hoping he proves me wrong because I am definitely rooting for the guy, but I think it is a long shot to think that he is going to be our future at SS.

A voice of reason among so many admirers. Thanks RM, you are right about Doughty missing tackles, and not looking fluid. I might add that Doughty is not very fast, and in fact looks to be in slow motion while in coverage. I pray we find a gem of a Safety in next years draft, somewhere after we draft a DE/DL, and a couple of OL-men.
