Maybe Portis knew what he was talking about in preseason when he said the Skins will be one of the top 5 teams.
Peter Kings has them ranked 4th because he believes Romo is a slightly better Qb than Romo and that in a nuetral setting Kansas, Dallas would beat the skins.
