We need a fresh offensive coordinater. With the money the skins have there is no reason we can't pull in another offensive "consulatant" or whatever to provide more input. I'll probably get ragged hard for saying this but... I wish we had Norv Turner back as the offensive coordinator. He wasn't the kind of guy that could motivate, but with Gibbs pushing the team and Norv and Greg running the o and d I think we would be unstoppable.
