yeah, to me that was the worst news (assuming accuracy) of the article. I wonder if he can be coached up along w/lots of work in the offseason to get him to the point that by maybe mid season when we'll need him, he'd be ready to step in for whoever is injured? Or if they seriously question his long-term ability to ever start in the nfl.

Just goes to show us again how the lack of picks over the years comes back to bite us. Because they're always trading picks, the lack thereof means that the ones they have need to be starters. Little to no margin of error for each pick.
