I'd like to see them commit to no panic moves ever and no trades involving giving up draft picks higher than a 6th rounder.

If they get in a bind at a position, they can make a trade, pick up a Free Agent, talk someone out of retirement, pluck someone off of another team's taxi squad, or have a try out for bartenders, carpenters, and fork lift operators who would like to play in the NFL.
