Shawn Merriman Arrested

Just so you know, the 2nd article is not about the same Shawn Merriman, unless he is 46 years old.

If convicted of mail fraud, Merriman, 46, could face a maximum of 20 years in federal prison and a fine of as much as $250,000, as well as asset forfeiture and restitution.

Not much to say about the 1st article, I imagine he will be out for a good while if Goodell has anything to say on it. The question is when it will be ruled on.
