Who knows about the mysterious 1982 LOGO

Thanks for the answers. I like the 59 helmet never really seen that one. I have an 70's Indian head helmet that was given to my mom in the late 80's buy a former player but I dont know who it was, and she doesnt remember. He wasn't a starter but who cares.

I was thinking there was going to be some type story behind the logo but the manufactor did to make easier to apply, ok. I wonder why they decided to do that after a decade of straight feathers?
