We would have to start over with new systems on the offense and defense which could stunt the growth our young 3 amigos are starting to show.

i agree with your main point, we don't need to make a huge splash, but i disagree with blache and lewis, while lewis had helped up out it would seem, i don't wanna to keep these "older" guys around. i would love to see us bring in some youthful guys and build some real continuity to stick with for a long term situation. i honestly don't think blache would eveen take the job anyway, the feeling i get from him is he wants to get out of football and go fishing all day, and sherm lewis already retired once, and i'm guessing he did it for a reason
