I'd also say if no Rooney Rule there would be no Super Bowl champion Mike Tomlin. So unless you've walked a mile in a minorities shoes YOU DON'T KNOW SHIT! about what a minority goes through just to even get there foot in the door, even though we have a black President. All you guys have done is made yourselves look like racists and that saddens me because I don't see us all in black and white we are Burgundy and Gold....hail!

The point I was trying to make has absolutely nothing to do with race, or anything associated with race. It did however speak to the fair and unbiased implementation of a rule that's difficult to police.
No one has to tell me much about the rule or the purpose of it's intent. I was afforded a job in county government as a result of affirmative action. Mike Tomlin, Lovie Smith, Tony Dungy, Marvin Lewis were not hired as a rusult of the Rooney Rule, they were hired because they were well qualified for the position. None of these men had to be hired, regardless of the rule they still could have been passed over.
