On offense I'd go either Moss or Rabach, if only to get the O-line involved.
On defense, probably Hall. Part of me would like to say Haynesworth to see if it lights a little bit of a fire under his ass, but he doesn't seem like the type to respond to that sort of motivation. On teams I don't think it's a question: Lorenzo Alexander. The dude sets the tone for the whole unit. For the other captain I'd probably go with Sellers.
