He gets average results from above average talent. With a better coach the Giants would be at the Patriots level over the past 8 yrs IMO.

3 straight winning seasons, 2 of which had more then 10 wins, in a tough division, with a young team, deserves a high ranking. This is a franchise that never had back to back winning seasons in it's history.
