Gruden's blessing at the QB position isn't something I'd hang my hat on. After all, the guy got fired because he kept choosing the wrong personnel for the Buccaneers. Besides, when did Gruden become some QB guru? I must have missed that franchise QB he developed during his time with the Raiders/Buccaneers.


The guy blows smoke up people's ass. Has he ever given a bad review on anybody?

As far as developing QBs he seems to work better with veteran guys, Gannon and Johnson both had some great seasons with him.
