I guess I'm saying that even with the best circumstances, we don't have anyone of note at the WR position and to get to the contender level, we need at least one of those type players. Simply adding one of those players won't make a difference, it starts with QB, OL/running game is a key but that's not a 'weak link' position on an elite offense.

True. However, Hankerson showed some flashes of development, and I believe he will improve on that next season. I think a veteran wideout in FA is not out of the question, but as with our defense, I feel that the WR position is hard to judge given the shaky QB play and lack of running game.

In previous years our WR was terrible and it showed during games when you saw players dropping balls, not making easy catches, and not being able to get separation. I don't think we've seen much of that this season.
