Like I said, I have no idea how I'd be able to take over a place like that, but I figure if zombies are real than anything is possible, and once I did secure my capitalist fortress I'd live like a king.

You'd never be able to defend it....too big, too many doors and windows to reinforce.
You'd be better off looting as much as you could and head to the mountains.
